This hotel had a pretty good breakfast buffet and the pool area was enjoyable. It was located in a safe area, not too far from downtown and close to some good bars and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful.

My stay at this hotel during Easter was not excellent. the air conditioning was not working in my room, and it was really hot.

Very noisy, very old, wifi not working.... For sure not a 4 star ! Maybe not even a 3 star... Theyvreally need to refurbish it !

Staff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast buffet is quite good. It's comfortable altogether, and good location nearby (not too near though) the Bus Station and the Shopping Center Vale (15 min walk for me!).

Gym is a bit disappointing; but that is not an exception as far as hotel gyms are concerned.

Located in downtown, this hotel offers easy access to nearby restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Do try the cafe kitty-corner from the entrance for great coffee and cheesy bread. The hotel is close to an outlet and an Aerospace museum near the airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are friendly, and free breakfast is bountiful. Enjoy a good shower and consider rooms at a higher level for lower noise levels.

The hotel had an excellent breakfast spread with a variety of pastries, cheeses, and local treats like pao de queijo. The staff was friendly and accommodating, helping me with a late check-out and calling a cab during a tough time. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was impressively good and the staff was able to communicate well enough in English.

Couldn't stay longer.

We had a wonderful romantic escape! The room was spotless and cozy, perfect for a couple’s getaway. The breakfast was amazing, filled with fresh fruits and delicious pastries, it was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the city’s attractions, and the staff was always available to give us tips and recommendations for places to visit.

The noise level was a bit high, and it sometimes disturbed our peaceful moments. , the gym equipment was a bit outdated and could use some maintenance.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of pastries, cheeses, and traditional Brazilian items like pao de queijo & queijo minas. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, offering me a late checkout and assisting with transportation. The location in downtown was convenient for exploring the city, and the rooftop pool was a nice bonus. The Wi-Fi signal was surprisingly strong.
